The electric fusion welding machine is a kind of equipment that fuses the welding material and the material to be welded by heating the metal material by electric heating. When using an electric fusion welding machine, you need to follow the steps below
1. Prepare the material to be welded: clean the surface of the material to be welded to ensure that there is no oil, dust, or oxide layer on the surface, so as not to affect the welding quality.
2. Set the parameters of the electric fusion welding machine: adjust the welding voltage, current, welding time and other parameters according to the material and thickness of the material to be welded.
3. Hot welding head: put the head of the welding head into the heating tank of the electric fusion welding machine, and preheat it for 15-30 minutes to make it reach the suitable welding temperature.
